Your house,
built like a job site.
We came out of NYC commercial construction, where nothing ships without passing inspection. Your job gets the same treatment.
Additions
More house without moving. We take it from drawings and permits through framing and finish, so the new part meets the old one properly at the roof, the foundation and the siding. Done right, nobody can tell where the house stopped and the addition started.
Decks & Patios
An outdoor room is a structure, and the parts that fail first are the ones nobody sees: the ledger, the flashing, the footings. We build those the way we would build a floor inside the house. What you notice is that it still looks right after ten summers.
Kitchens
A kitchen is four trades meeting in one room, and most of the delay comes from them waiting on each other. We sequence the plumbing, gas, electrical and cabinetry so the room is only out of service as long as it has to be. It is the room you feel the loss of, so the schedule matters more here than anywhere else in the house.
Bathrooms
Everything behind the tile is what decides whether a bathroom lasts. Waterproofing, slope and the flashing at the pan go in before anything pretty happens, and we do not move on until they are right. Tile that lines up is the easy part.
Siding & Roofing
Roofing, siding and flashing are one system, and water finds the place where they meet. We take all three on rather than leaving a seam between trades. There is nobody for us to point at if it leaks, which is the point.
If it's part of a house, we've probably built it. Describe the project and we'll tell you honestly whether it's ours to do.
What are you planning?
A sentence or two is plenty to start. We'll follow up with questions and set up a walkthrough.
