▸ RESIDENTIAL — NY · NJ · CT · FL

Your house,
built like a job site.

We came out of NYC commercial construction, where nothing ships without passing inspection. Your kitchen gets the same treatment.

SHEET A-1

Additions

More house without moving. We handle the drawings, the permits, and the build — the addition goes up like the rest of the house was always waiting for it.

SHEET A-2

Decks & Patios

Outdoor rooms built to be used hard — framed, flashed, and finished so they still look right after a decade of summers.

SHEET A-3

Kitchens

The most demanding room in the house: plumbing, gas, electric, and cabinetry all meeting in one place. Commercial sequencing keeps it from dragging on.

SHEET A-4

Bathrooms

Small rooms where craftsmanship shows fastest — waterproofing done right the first time, tile that lines up, fixtures that sit true.

SHEET A-5

Siding & Roofing

The envelope is the building's first defense. We close it up tight — roofing, siding, and flashing done as one system, not three trades pointing at each other.

SHEET A-6 — YOURS

Something else?

If it's part of a house, we've probably built it. Describe the project and we'll tell you honestly whether it's ours to do.

How it runs

From walkthrough to done.

  1. 01 — WALKTHROUGH

We come see the space, listen to what you want, and tell you what's involved — including the parts that are harder than they look.

  2. 02 — PLAN & PERMITS

Drawings and permits before demolition, not after. It's the commercial habit that saves residential projects from mid-build surprises.

  3. 03 — BUILD & CLOSE OUT

The build itself, sequenced so trades don't trip over each other, closed out with the inspections signed and the site cleaned.

What are you planning?

A sentence or two is plenty to start. We'll follow up with questions and set up a walkthrough.
